teacher's everywhere r frustrated bcz of the same reasons

no time 2 teach them. do this, do that, do everything except teach the children and at the end of the session it's the student's performance that u analyse to comment on a teacher's performance. 
A teacher hates it when she finds herself busy with numerous tasks, when she finds herself unable to interact with the students and when teaching takes a backseat.
M.C.D. teachers already burdened with overcrowded classes (at times more than 100 students when a post is vacant or a teacher is on leave n classes are combined. u r lucky if u have 40-60 students) r regularly made to prepare lists showing the students details, various distribution lists(distribution of free uniform, books, notebooks,caps,shoes), minority list, schedule caste list, examination result data and then analysis of the result data ,classification of the students according to their age,etc.,etcetra the list never ends and it frustrates.

Why a teacher has to ask the student's caste or religion? Why cannot things b simpler? Give the benefits according to their economic status instead of caste or religion. How many rich kids attend our schools? 
Simply an admission to the school should automatically entitle the student to the freebies n admission record should mean tht the student hs received everything he or she is supposed to receive.
This is not the only thing .
there r a hundred more tht keep pestering n need to be managed efficiently at the higher levels.
